Speech

Oh, I forgot to post an update about Joy's speech. I have been raving about her speech in the past 2 months. But it was sad to notice her going quiet once more after her fever. All her words are gone again. I console myself  with the fact that now she responds well, and is quick to react upon observations.
An example, after lunch at grandmother's she will play in the living room while I get busy in the kitchen. If I start to pack their basket and put it near the front door, she will get excited and wait at the door. Its time to go home. (for some reasons, Joy did not like to stay at grandmother's place for long. She will ask to go out.)
Another example, she will quickly and easily find her milk bottle and bring it to me, or put on the table (depends on the instructions given). This is a sort of relief for me and hubby. We don't have to search for the bottle all over the place. Since Joy still drinks milk in the middle of the night, we don't have to get up and search for the bottle. She will find it and give to us. We will just hand her the milk and continue with our sleep. She has a special place to put the bottle after she is done.
Another point to be grateful is that at least she will imitate our sounds more readily. She will imitate our 'eee' and 'errr', but not 'practicing' them as she did last time.
And her dancing has not stopped. That's a relief. Joy would still dance and twirl around whenever we ask her to dance. Which brings me to the question about her music class. Crying or bored during music class really does not sound like my little girl. She loves music and dancing. Sigh. Can anyone help enlighten me?
