Mostly about my children, reaching their milestones, each in their own pace. Added with a dash of mummy rantings now and then. Also get a glimpse of how God's Grace helps us through the ups and downs in life.

Updates on speech
My daughter actually talked to me last night. Though short, the conversation touched me and warms my heart through and through. I asked her to go upstairs to drink her milk and to sleep. I followed behind her as she climbed up the stairs. She was whining, but I am not sure what she wanted. I had thought she is tired and wanted to sleep. I was only half correct. When she got to our bedroom, she plunked herself onto my pillow. I asked her to get back to her own mattress (which is just beside mine), but she started crying. Knowing that she is tired, I did not want to push her. I lay beside her (sandwiched between her and my son), and hummed softly, while tapping her thighs. She cried 'Yao a' (want), and I asked her, what does she want. She replied 'Bao bao'. (hug). In less than a minute after I hugged her tightly, she is sound asleep. : )
