More speech... : )

I really must write this post before retiring for the night. This is just to remind myself of the little miracles that God permitted to happen. Joy is talking! In fact, she said quite a lot. It's not echolalia, but normal, correct words and phrases, used at the appropriate time.

 1. During church service - I brought her out of the baby room and joined the singing. After a few songs, she turned to me and said "jin chu" (go in) meaning, she wants to go into the baby room. She dislike the loud drum, but I am trying to expose her little by little, to get use to the noise.
 - Jay took a puzzle piece from her hands. She followed little brother around and said "jie jie de" (it's mine), then "di di" (brother) when the brother refused to give to her.

 2. At home - She suddenly cried and said "nen nen a" (milk), while waiting for the milk "yao a" (want) - Hubby and Jay were reading Mickey Mouse Club House story book. She came near and wanted to join in. Brother pushed her away. She cried " yao shu" (want book), "wo yao" (I want).
