This day is a day to be remembered. In our 9 years of marriage, this is the first time hubby brought me to have a proper candlelit dinner for Valentine's day. During our courtship, we were conscious to save money for our wedding, that we always have simple celebration. The first year we got married, he bought me flowers and cute stuffed bear which prompted me to tell him to better save the money for more useful things. Yeah - I am that type of woman. I think flowers are nice when they are still fresh, but are a nuisance when they dried up and I can't display, use nor store them.
I had a wonderful dinner (first time tasting cooked salmon) in a relaxed atmosphere. Wishing everyone have a memorable day with your Valentine. Cheers!
