Drawing lessons with daddy

Hubby took over their lessons for the weekend, to give me a break. He did what he knew best. Drawing!
Joy hasn't been interested in drawing for awhile.
Hubby took her hands and guided her to draw a few familiar
familiar things. She got excited, and would point to  each
of the picture when requested.
She then tried drawing circles on her own.
Here, hubby showed her how to extend her
drawing to a drawing of a snail. She loves it.

Another extension lesson from hubby. She roughly drew
outline of the cabbage leaf. Hubby helped with the
details.

Then, though she is tired, she refused to get
up from her seat. (little brother is waiting
for his turn with daddy). So she started colouring.

Here is Jay, drawing on his own. Almost everything is
snake and lion to him. hi hi hi
I displayed their drawings onto their display board in the living room. Joy is so excited. She jumped up and down as she watched me, and she kept looking up at the display every now and then. (this is certainly something new).
